We accept Credit Cards (your card will be charged in US$), Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Cheques (USA and Canada only) and Interac Email Money Transfers. If mailing a Money Order from the USA, please ensure that it is an "International" version.
For Canadian customers wishing to pay in CA$ please select "Phone Ordering" as payment method upon checkout and send us an email letting us know that you would like to pay in CA$ (Interac Email Money Transfers, cheques and money orders only for CA$ payments) and we will advise of order pricing in CA$.
Our shipping costs belong to the lowest in the industry and we are pleased to provide flat-fee shipping. Maximum shipping costs are as follows, regardless of how many items you order.
Flat-fee shipping does not apply to some larger / heavier items.
USA: $6.95 ($1.95 if under 5 mm thick and very light)
International : $9.95 ($2.95 if under 5 mm thick and very light)
Canada: $14.95 ($2.95 if under 20 mm thick / $1.45 if under 5 mm thick)
We ship within 24 hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Our shipping cost includes professional packaging, 100% recycled fibre bubble mailers, as well as insurance to full value of the merchandise. Average transit times:
- Canada: 2 to 10 Business days
- USA: 7-14 Business days
- International: 10 to 28 Business days
You may return merchandise for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
For merchandise returned because it was not as described (which includes damaged or defective), we will refund your full purchase price, including shipping costs, as well as reasonable costs to return the merchandise to us.
For merchandise returned for any other reason, we will refund your full purchase price, including shipping costs, provided you return the merchandise at your expense. Returned merchandise must be unused, complete, and in the same condition as received.
