    I purchased this kit to overhaul a very early Super Bee (P-40 Babe Bee). The old girl screams like a new engine now & was well worth the exercise. Only fault I found was that the fuel tank screws which were supplied were slightly longer than the originals & bottomed out in the crankcase holes. I have used the same length screws when fitting a 5cc tank conversion to another crankcase & didn't experience the same problem. The early crankcase obviously has slightly shallower holes drilled. Would be worth taking care on an early engine just in case you find the same problem. Tank will not pull up to the crankcase tight. I just used original screws & all was fine.
